Our Maintenance Technician performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical servicing.
What you bring to the table:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Three (3) years of general maintenance experience Licenses/Certifications:
EPA certificate for refrigerants and at least one (1) year of HVAC training preferred What you will do:
Paint all walls and ensure that scuffs marks on door and walls are repaired.
Service the heating and air conditioning system.
Service all plumbing problems.
Maintain and service all equipment.
Complete work orders assigned.
Working within and maintaining the EAM work order system.
Complete daily inventory of tools.
Respond to any after hour emergency while on call.
Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.
Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.
Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
