Remote in Florida POSITION HIGHLIGHTS As a fully remote customer care representative, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
The Customer Service Representative at Blue Stream is one of the superheroes of our customer service team.
Armed with a deep understanding of the company's products and programs, you will use your expertise to provide top-notch support and resolve issues with ease.

What your responsibilities are:
Ability to work anytime from 8 AM-6 PM EST Monday-Saturday Accepts inbound calls from external customers delivering top tie customer service Help customer will billing questions and changes to their current internet, Tivo, or phone services Adherence to regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and precision as you maintain high levels of efficiency, effectiveness, and quality Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by manager and business unit.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the table:
Willingness to learn and retain product information quickly, while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial, as you apply your knowledge to provide outstanding customer experiences.
You will also need to multitask between different tools and systems to resolve customer issues and retain revenue.

You will be held to established goals and performance metrics, with a high focus on attendance and regular training to enhance your career development.

Qualifications:
High school diploma Two years of related experience in a call center environment preferred.
We require a minimum internet speed of 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.
A speed test will be required A designated work area free from any distractions or interruptions Ability to participate in 2 weeks of Virtual Training.
